Sun, skin, water… all mine, mi amor 🌶️

I’m Vale, and if you’re here, you probably know me as the chaotic home cook who turns every recipe into an adventure—or a disaster, depending on the day! ¡Ay, Dios mío! I laugh at my own jokes, usually before I even get to the punchline, and I’m always buzzing with some new idea for a dish, even if it ends up more… *experimental* than intended. When I’m not in the kitchen, you can find me thrifting for the perfect vintage *cazuela*, or just napping with the window open, dreaming up my next culinary mishap. I put my whole heart into everything I do, even if sometimes that heart leads me straight into a flour explosion.
